Product Description
This product is a bi-component platinum catalyzed liquid volatility liquid silicone rubber. The most significant characteristic of this LSR is low volatility. It has excellent transparency, good tensile strength, anti-yellowing property, heat resistance property, etc. Our low volatility LSR is manufactured in strict compliance with USA FDA CFR 21.Part.177.2600 and EN14350-2 standards. It is used to produce silicone rubber products for food purposes.

Storage
Store in cool and dry place at a temperature no more than 27℃. The shelf life of our low volatility LSR is 360 days. Once open, please keep sealed.

Usage
Use a static mixer to mix the two components, A and B, with a ratio of 1:1. Feed the mixture directly into an injection molding machine. The mold should be pre-heated to 160℃-200℃. The AB mixture will be vulcanized to its rubber-like form in a few seconds.

Packing
The silicone rubber is packed in 20kg or 200kg barrels.
