Product Description
This bi-component platinum catalyzed, high transparent, high strength and high tear resistant liquid silicone rubber is used for making diving goggles. It features fine elastic resilience, anti-yellowing property and good thermal aging resistance. With excellent heat resistance, it can operate normally under extreme temperature conditions from -60℃ to 250℃. This silicone rubber for goggles is manufactured in strict compliance with USA FDA CFR21.Part.177.2600, EN143350-2 standards and is RoHS certified. Please note that the safe operating time for AB components mixture is five days under 20℃. Increasing the temperature will cause the safe operating time to decrease.

Storage
Store in cool and dry place at a temperature no more than 27℃. The shelf life of our silicone rubber for goggles is 360 days. Once open, please keep sealed.

Usage
Use a static mixer to mix the two components, A and B, with a ratio of 1:1. Feed the mixture directly into an injection molding machine. The mold should be pre-heated to 160℃-200℃. The AB mixture will be vulcanized to its rubber-like form in a few seconds.

Packing
The silicone rubber is packed in 20kg or 200kg barrels.
