Product Description
With moderate viscosity, this platinum catalyzed bi-component molding liquid silicone rubber is suitable for pour molding processing. The mixing ratio, LSR1340A:LSR1340B should be 10:1. Our molding silicone features good elasticity, easy to de-mold, stable shrinking rate, good physical property, non-toxic, odorless, etc. It is resistant to extreme temperatures from -60℃ to 250℃, while still maintaining its useful properties. Due to its excellent characteristics, it is used for molding thermosetting resin such as epoxide resin.
Storage
The shelf life for our molding silicone is 180 days at a maximum room temperature of 27℃. Once open, keep sealed and store in cool, dark condition.
Usage
Evenly mix component A and B with a ratio of 10:1. After vacuum de-foaming the mixture, pour it into the mold and perform curing at 90℃ for 20 minutes.
Packing
Component A is packed in 20kg barrels while component B is packed in 2kg bottles.
