Product Description
This product is a bi-component, platinum catalyzed, high voltage resistant, low viscosity liquid silicone rubber. Due to the low viscosity property, it can be easily injected and molded. Our liquid silicone rubber features safe operation, high dielectric strength, good tracking resistance, superior surface hydrophobic property, and more. It is suitable for producing outdoor insulators, vacuum breakers, lightning arresters, etc.

Storage
Keep sealed in cool and dark place.

Usage
Use a static mixer to mix the two components, A and B, with a ratio of 1:1. Feed the mixture directly into an injection molding machine. The effective operating time of the mixture is seven days in a room temperature of 23℃. Clean up the pipeline if the injection molding machine is not in use for a long period of time.

Packing
This liquid silicone rubber is packed in 20kg or 200kg barrels.
