Product Description
The medium/high voltage resistance LSR is a bi-component platinum catalyzed voltage resistant liquid silicone rubber. The two components of this product, termed A and B, are transparent and gray respectively, and the mixing ratio for A:B should be 1:1. Our medium/high voltage resistance LSR features high extensibility, good proof tracking index, high tear resistance, excellent electric performances, etc. It supports injection molding, fast vulcanization, and can withstand medium to high voltages. This LSR is generally applied to cold shrink cable accessories, medium voltage cable accessories, cable connectors, etc.
Storage
Keep sealed and store in a cool place below 30℃ before usage. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
Usage
Use a static mixer to mix the two components, A and B with a ratio of 1:1. Feed the mixture directly into an injection molding machine. The effective operating time of the mixture is seven days in a room temperature of 23℃. Clean up the pipeline if the injection molding machine is not in use for a long period of time.
Packing
Our medium voltage resistance LSR is packed in a 20kg or 200kg barrel.
