Product Description
The LSR for cake mold is a platinum catalyzed, bi-component liquid silicone rubber. The two component, termed A and B, are used with a mixing ratio of 1:1. This LSR features superior elastic resilience, good thermal aging resistance and anti-yellowing property. It is stable and resistant to extreme temperatures from -60℃ to 250℃, while still maintaining its useful properties. This LSR is used for making cake molds.

Storage
The shelf life for this product is 180 days at a maximum room temperature of 27℃. Once open, keep sealed and consume within seven days.

Usage
Use a static mixer to mix the two components, A and B, with a ratio of 1:1. Feed the mixture directly into an injection molding machine. Please note that the mold should be pre-heated to a temperature of 140℃ to 160℃.

Package
It is packed in 20kg or 200kg barrels.
