Product Description
The LSR for household products is a bi-component, platinum catalyzed, high strength and semitransparent liquid silicone rubber. It is manufactured in strict accordance with US FDA CFR21.Part177.2600. EN14350.2 standards and EU RoHS. This LSR features superior elastic resilience, good thermal aging resistance and anti-yellowing property. It is stable and resistant to extreme temperatures from -60℃ to 250℃, while still maintaining its useful properties. Due to its excellent characteristics, it is used for inject molding kitchen wares.

Storage
The unopened product will have a shelf life of 180 days at a maximum room temperature of 27℃. Once open, keep sealed and store in cool and dry place, and consume within seven days.

Usage
Use a static mixer to mix the two components, A and B, with a ratio of 1:1. Feed the mixture directly into an injection molding machine. Please note that the mold should be pre-heated to a temperature of 160℃ to 200℃.

Packing
Our LSR for household products is packed in 20kg or 200kg barrels.
